After traveling around the world during a career in International Business, the author settled down to raise her two sons in South Florida. It was during this time that her "chaos" began. Out of necessity, she developed this "practical plan" and now works with individuals and groups sharing her experience and hope. She maintains a website and blog to support this plan.
